Overflowing with Nourishment with your Devoted Archetype
There is nothing more important than you feeling grounded, full of the cosmic life force, and overflowing with nourishment. Being wealthy is rooted in the word well-being. No matter how much you desire to thrive in your business as a coach, healer, creative, or luminary, your ability to be with self and take care of your soul takes priority over everything else.
I believe that the Devoted Archetypes are supportive guides, giving us the ability to see the conscious threads that not only allows us to stand in our magic + medicine, but also humbly allows us to see the wounds that are carried as a collective - shining a light on our humanness and interconnectedness.
If you have never taken the Devoted Archetype Quiz, please go ahead and do so. It only takes 45-seconds. Please do not fret if you can’t answer the questions because you do not know a character, a show or a pop culture reference. Instead, allow your intuition to guide you and simply choose without placing too much pressure on yourself.
Compassionate Healers
Do you often hear yourself say you don’t have time for yourself because there are people that need you? Your clients are waiting for your support. Your loved ones are in need of your time. Your potential clients won’t know how to find you if you don’t create endless amounts of incredible resources? You generously give and give and give, but never feel you are adequately receiving.
It is time to give to yourself, care for yourself, and love yourself, dear one.
Enchanting Weaver
Do you often hear yourself say that you have so much you have to do and not enough time? People are counting on you and it is your responsibility to show up and do what is expected of you. No one, not your loved ones, your clients, your community, nor your mentors should ever know how much you struggle or how much you feel overwhelmed. Your nerves are humming with dissonance.
It is time to play. Find one thing that is outside of your work that helps you tap into childlike wonder and delight, dear one.
Prolific Alchemist
Do you often hear yourself say that you are taking care of yourself and possibly sharing out loud with so much gusto as if you are secretly trying to convince yourself? There is an underlying fear that you may not even know what it means to be well, grounded, and nourished, and therefore there is no way you will let anyone else know that. Better to help others than even speak aloud that you don’t know.
It is time to be okay with not knowing. It is liberating and gives you the permission to fill that space with curiosity, which helps you heal generational wounds of needing to keep your shit together.
Sovereign Warrior
Do you often hear yourself say that if you don’t continue doing what you are doing, then who will? Who will take up the space, the fight, the commitment to be a pillar of strength and an inspiration to keep going? There is an underlying pressure to fulfill your duties on this earth, but a gentle reminder that one of the duties that you are to experience is living life with enjoyment.
It is time to learn that being a pillar of strength is also modeling for others what it means to be in full alignment by enjoying the softer spaces of love, connection, creativity, and passion.
Today let us go deeper into our wellness check-in because you do have the time.
You and your medicine are so needed in this world. Do not place yourself on the back burner, burning yourself out until there is nothing left of you to give to your community - exhausted and tender.
We must remember to tend to ourselves first. I love you.
There exists spaciousness within time.
In the untapped potential that flows in the in between.
May you dance in the overflow rather than the overwhelm.
Bringing into full bloom your delight and childlike wonder
That hums in the key of harmony.
Being in the unknown frees you from any constraints that
Tires your soul.
May you feel anchored to this earthly plane, allowing your
Rooting system to nourish your body
Creating ample room in your celestial body to be grounded
In the wisdom of those in the cosmic realm
While your emotional and mental body
Feel spaciousness to move through the waves of emotion and thought
Allowing yourself to find the opening of nonattachment.
May you trust that everything you are aligned to do will get done.
There is magic that is created when you brew a dash of the unexpected,
releasing the lists and the logic
To give the Great Mother space to gently show you
Passion, connection and creativity.
Tend to yourself first.
I love you.
The Great Mother loves you.
Your ancestors love you.
We love you.
Why is giving to the needs of other people more important than exploring your own?
What fears arise when you consider allowing other people to take care of themselves?
What does that humming feeling of dissonance or angst feel like in your body?
Why does taking time to create spaciousness feel so darn scary when it may bring forth new passions and creative experiences?
Pause and go all the way down and in with this week’s meditation.
I do hope you enjoy the playlist that goes with this week’s ritual. May you dance with the frequencies.
Materials needed: Devoted Playlist
Listen to the music and move your body.
If it feels forced and uncomfortable, simply breathe, stand, and be with the music.
At some point, if you feel yourself moving from side to side, allow the music to help guide you gently into this way of being.
Allow the fluid motion to take you to the in between space.
Materials needed: Devoted Playlist
Open the space.
You may share the prayer above.
Have your participants stand in a circle and then turn around so they are facing the walls rather than facing the center of the circle, which may have your altar.
Invite them to take three or four steps forward so the circle is larger and they will not touch or bump into each other.
Share that they will be invited to move. This can look like swaying, moving their fingers, or moving their entire body. Invite them to let go of their own concerns, fears, or thoughts that prevent them from being in the experience. Each participant is asked to stay in their space, not moving into another person’s field. They will have their eyes closed or with a lowered gaze keeping the vow that they will not be looking at one another. They will each be in their own experience.
Play the music and gently guide them. Then release the need to speak or control what is happening. As the space holder, lower your gaze and do not stare at your circle participants. Allow them to have their own experience.
After the last song, invite them to feel their feels, and settle in the silence.
Give them a chance to recollect themselves.
Gently guide them to lay down with their heads facing the altar.
Move them into a meditation focused on integration.
They can then gently move, drink some water, and journal.
Have a sharing circle.
Close the space.
